Returns, refunds and cancellation policy
We believe that all goods we supply are in good condition and of reliable quality. We will not be responsible for the health and welfare of plants after purchase. Nor will we be responsible for the replacement of any plant which fails to grow due to unsuitable soil, adverse weather, damage, neglect or any other cause beyond our control. Any failures of plants supplied dormant in winter must be notified by the following 1st July at the very latest. If you believe that there was a problem with a plant that you bought, get in touch and we will see what can be done.
We only sell seeds and bulbils by mail order to buyers within the UK. We do not sell any products to overseas buyers. Once a seed packet has been openned, it cannot be returned for refund. Any unopenned package can be returned within 7 days, at the buyer’s expense. We will issue a refund on reciept. We cannot be held responsible for germination rates of the seeds.
If you find that we have made any error when putting together an order, please notify us immediately. We will put the matter right either by a further despatch or by a refund of your payment, depending which you prefer. If you have any query or complaint about goods, let us know promptly. We cannot be responsible for failures occurring weeks or months later, by which time so many circumstances beyond our control or knowledge are likely to have had a bearing on the matter.
If you change your mind about an order and wish to cancel, contact us immediately. Providing the order has not been dispatched, we will give you a full refund. If it has been dispatched, you will need to return it at your own cost before we refund the purchase. You must return the goods within a week of recieving them.
